Dana Dugas specializes in keeping the homes he builds affordable. His experience with building material sales allows him to utilize plans with careful consideration of materials to minimize wasted cost. Among his professional achievement, Dana was appointed to the Louisiana State Licensing Board of Contractors Residential Building Subcommittee and the Iberia Parish Regional Planning & Zoning Commission. Dana is the President of Teche Home Builders Association and previously served as president in 2003-2006. He was selected Builder of the year in 2002, 2004 and 2006. Dana is also a member of the Louisiana Home Builders Association.
